Mix all the ingredients until you get a moldable dough.
Tear off a small piece of dough, mold it into a thin rope shape and coil it together into a small donut shape.
Roll the “donut” in the cane sugar and then set it on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Repeat the procedure for all the “donuts” until the dough is used up.
Bake the wine cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C (355°F) for about 20 minutes, depending on the power of the oven. As there are no eggs, the cookies will only brown slightly.
Take out the white wine vegan cookies and let them cool completely before serving them on a plate.
